About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team at Royal Excellence. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and proactively reaching out to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system, and generate regular reports on customer inquiries, resolutions, and satisfaction levels.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement within the customer relations function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, contributing to the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (not required)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
