We are seeking a seasoned Business Office Manager to join our team at Touchstone Communities, a leading provider of senior care services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and excellence in private pay collections, unbilled claims, and resident trust fund reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all private pay collections are at 99% efficiency, minimizing revenue loss and maximizing profitability.
  • Maintain on hold unbilled claims at less than 0.25% of 3rd party revenue, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Keep Medicaid pending A/R balances over 120 days under 25% of total Medicaid pending A/R balance, maintaining a healthy cash flow and reducing financial risk.
  • Complete resident trust fund reconciliations by the 5th business day of each month, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Utilize position-related software packages on a daily basis, adhering to all HIPAA privacy standards and company policies, ensuring compliance and data security.
