**Job Summary:**
As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services that meet the highest standards of the nursing profession. Your duties will include observing, assessing, and reporting patient conditions and changes, documenting patient information in our electronic medical record system, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and receiving, transcribing, and executing physicians' orders. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate and implement patient care plans, direct and coordinate the delivery of quality patient care by subordinate staff, and ensure that patient care management systems are routinely reviewed and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a graduation from an accredited nursing school.
