This senior position ensures that team leaders are equipped with the necessary training and resources to implement these practices effectively in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and coaching to supervisors overseeing field operations across various projects.
  • Design and deliver training programs focused on Operations Management and Human Performance Optimization.
  • Facilitate the integration of feedback from coaching sessions into operational procedures to enhance compliance with safety regulations.
  • Engage in hands-on coaching to reinforce disciplined operational practices and the application of performance tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating insights from coaching into procedural updates.
  • Participate in management assessments and observations to evaluate operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver training and briefings related to Operations Management and Human Performance to relevant personnel.
  • Support the development of performance metrics related to Operations Management and Human Performance.

Qualifications:

Essential: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, accompanied by significant relevant experience.

Preferred: Experience in environmental remediation projects and familiarity with safety management systems.
