Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at ViaPhoton. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling products to specifications in a timely manner to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products to specifications, adhering to Bill of Materials (BOM) and quality standards.
  • Verify correct quantities of component parts and quality check completed items.
  • Understand and follow technical instructions, read and interpret BOM.
  • Test finished products for defects and handle products with care to prevent damage.
  • Perform quality spot checks and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure all required tasks are completed safely and efficiently, meeting company quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of debris and waste.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with production procedures, policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Able to use tools properly, including wire strippers, pliers, and wrenches.
  • Exercise caution and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
  • Work well with a team and collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation.
