Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications and charting vital signs.
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation for residents, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current, valid nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
