Pharmacy Director

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, patient satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and patient engagement.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to maintain compliance and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Indiana.
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
