We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that we provide high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our pharmacy team, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, including dispensing prescription medication, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Staff Development and Coaching: Develop and coach our pharmacy staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that our pharmacy operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that we are compliant with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with our team to implement strategies that drive revenue and improve patient outcomes.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, and at least 3 years of experience in pharmacy leadership or management.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current pharmacist's license in the state of Indiana, and certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
