Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
- Coach and develop pharmacy staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure the pharmacy remains compliant and competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Indiana.
- Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
- 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
