  • Solve Complex Operational Problems: Be hands-on and solve complex operational problems, including maximizing fleet uptime, optimizing distribution, and minimizing loss rates.
  • Be Data-Driven: Take a data-driven approach to problem-solving and market insight development.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Lead the recruiting and development of your local market teams and develop and mentor your team members.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across Veo to ensure timely resolutions, oversee quality control, and process feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; degree in a quantitative field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of operations management, business consulting, or related experience managing operations, building and developing diverse teams, optimizing processes, and delivering business goals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, analytical mindset, strong understanding of real-time marketplaces, and ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and tools, and self-motivated and driven individual.

  • Competitive Compensation: The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity (Stock Options) + Full Range of Benefits.
