The Role: Regional Sales Manager
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling the groundbreaking Yomi Robotic Guidance System to new accounts within the assigned territory. Neocis seeks candidates with a proven track record of success in selling medical capital equipment. Knowledge of the dental implant market is a plus. The ability to build a sustainable sales funnel, starting with strong prospecting, to ensure sales objectives are met on a consistent basis is critical.

- Manage the complex sales process of the Yomi Robotic-Assisted Dental Surgery system into new accounts
- Identify key dental surgeons & institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of Yomi within an assigned sales territory
- Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the clinical sales team to ensure procedural volume and growth
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
- Partner with local industry professionals to offer unique educational programs
- Be diligent on KPI reporting and use of CRM
- Develop knowledge of implant procedures & strong clinical base knowledge of Yomi
- Represent the company with integrity at all times
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years sales experience preferred in a direct medical capital sales and/or dental capital sales environment
- Experience in a clinical environment using complex medical devices that have a significant software component
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven successful track record in capital, medical, and/or dental equipment sales
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Success in introducing new technologies to the market
- Must be an out-of-the-box strategic thinker
- Must understand small business financing
- Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging
- Start-up experience preferred
- Dental and/or private practice experience preferred
- This job operates in a clinical environment
- This position requires the regular use of the Yomi robot
- Prolonged periods working on a computer
- Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 80 pounds
- Frequent exposure to loud/moderate noise
- Ability to work in a medical environment
- Requires extended periods of driving
This position requires up to 75% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.
