Role Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Representative, you will serve as a key representative of our hospitality values, ensuring that each guest's experience begins and concludes with a positive and lasting impression of our resort.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming, registering, and assigning accommodations to guests
  • Providing room keys and escort instructions to the Bell Staff
  • Sorting and managing incoming mail and messages
  • Handling telephone communications
  • Responding to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel guidance
  • Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Calculating bills, processing payments, and providing change
  • Making and confirming reservations
  • Posting charges for room, food, beverages, or phone use to the ledger
  • Coordinating restaurant, transportation, or entertainment bookings and arranging tours
  • Conducting nightly bucket checks
  • Listening to and resolving guest concerns
Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage with all levels of team members and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner
