Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort offers a unique opportunity to engage with visitors from around the globe who come to experience the renowned attractions of Central Florida. Revel in the vibrant atmosphere and amenities of our premier resort, featuring 14 heated outdoor pools, 14 hot tubs, and the exciting Ship Wreck Island Water Park.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Guest Services Representative, you will serve as a key representative of our hospitality values, ensuring that each guest's experience begins and concludes with a positive and lasting impression of our resort.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming, registering, and assigning accommodations to guests
- Providing room keys and escort instructions to the Bell Staff
- Sorting and managing incoming mail and messages
- Handling telephone communications
- Responding to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel guidance
- Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts
- Calculating bills, processing payments, and providing change
- Making and confirming reservations
- Posting charges for room, food, beverages, or phone use to the ledger
- Coordinating restaurant, transportation, or entertainment bookings and arranging tours
- Conducting nightly bucket checks
- Listening to and resolving guest concerns

- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage with all levels of team members and guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner
