This position may encompass responsibilities related to proposals, interview strategies, client events, award submissions, client insights, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies and procedures to fulfill the marketing objectives of the team, positioning the firm to excel in securing and finalizing projects.
  • Set, communicate, and adhere to deadlines; facilitate project-specific marketing strategy discussions; provide solutions to the firm’s ongoing marketing requirements.
  • Address complex issues through your knowledge and experience, while mentoring junior staff members.
  • Innovate and create content for diverse marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize best practices to enhance project effectiveness, employing market research techniques to monitor trends and demands, and conceptualize event ideas, promotions, and oversee related activities.
  • Plan and execute the creation of materials for marketing initiatives such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, ensuring compliance with the firm’s standards.
  • Conduct internal quality assurance and quality control reviews to guarantee a high standard of quality and precision in all marketing materials, analyses, and documentation.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data.
  • Assist in identifying target markets and prospective clients, strategizing to cultivate relationships with these clients.
  • Prepare and submit entries for industry awards.
