2. Maintain up-to-date client information in the system, including contact details.
3. Provide information about services and programs available to clients.
4. Guide clients on necessary documentation to bring for their appointments.
5. Assist clients in rescheduling appointments as needed and document any changes appropriately.
6. Verify appointment details upon client request and document any cancellations or changes.
7. Proactively reach out to clients to remind them of their appointments.
8. Ensure that all appointment scheduling aligns with provider requests and guidelines.
9. Collaborate with the Central Scheduling department for any complex appointment requests.
10. Stay informed about the NextGen system to efficiently manage appointments and client interactions.
Qualifications:
1. An Associate's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
4. Proficiency in computer usage and a willingness to learn new software applications.
5. Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
