We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Course Coordinator to support the implementation of our OnRamps College Algebra course.

About the Role

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing instructional, professional development, and technical service and support to OnRamps Instructors, ensuring fidelity of implementation, teacher growth, retention, and satisfaction in the OnRamps four pillars.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develops and implements annual professional learning institutes during Summer, Fall, and Spring for Onramps instructors in close collaboration with the Course Leads, OnRamps Assistant Director, and Professional Learning and Development team.">
  • Utilizes data that illuminates student learning and engagement to employ a data-driven decision process guiding professional learning, instructor and student support, enhancement proposals, and daily workflows.">
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align work and collectively serve the OnRamps mission.">

Required Qualifications

">
  • Master's degree in Mathematics or closely related field meeting Instructor of Record requirements.">
  • Five years teaching experience at a high school or college level.">
  • Proficient in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) or another LMS.">
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders with decorum and tact.">

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
