The Barista role is pivotal in crafting memorable customer interactions through prompt and friendly service, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This position involves adhering to company protocols and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Warmly greet and engage with every customer
  • Encourage inquiries and provide insights about our offerings
  • Promote gift cards and additional products
  • Efficiently take orders, process payments, and manage cash handling
  • Prepare and serve customer orders according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of products while identifying each drink upon handoff
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment
  • Restock workstations and supplies to optimize workflow
  • Keep both coworker and customer areas tidy
  • Show genuine appreciation to every customer
