  • Quality Control: Collect food temperatures and maintain all hot food logs to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that the shrinking of items follows proper protocol and that the hot bar is stocked and labeled efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Safety Knowledge: Have a complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Food Knowledge: Possess knowledge of perishable food and the ability to work with various food products.
  • Equipment Operation: Be proficient in the operation of equipment such as slicers, dishwashers, and ovens.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to work at a fast pace in changing temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds.
