Customer Relationship Strategist

As a Customer Relationship Strategist with Vanessa Vargas - State Farm Agent, you will play a pivotal role in developing long-lasting customer relationships. With your expertise in insurance products and industry trends, you will be able to effectively communicate with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside the agency's team to ensure successful customer relations.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- The ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty and Life License preferred.
