About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to join our team at FTI. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Implement Data Architecture: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture framework that aligns with business objectives and supports data-driven decision making.
  • Lead Data Management Initiatives: Oversee data management, data modeling, data warehousing, and master data management initiatives to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
  • Design and Implement Data Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data solutions that meet business needs, including data integration, data quality, and data delivery.
  • Drive Business Growth through Data: Develop and implement strategies to leverage data to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure data architecture aligns with business strategy and objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in data architecture and data management.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing data architectures that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong technical skills in data management, data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
