As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Chef/Owner, playing a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations, guiding our culinary team, and ensuring the delivery of remarkable dishes for our clientele. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals during preparation and event days. Serve as a role model, fostering an environment of teamwork, discipline, and excellence.
- Staff Development: Train and mentor kitchen personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing feedback and support to encourage continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Develop and implement detailed task lists, manage station checkouts, and address operational challenges with efficiency. Ensure consistency in recipe execution and uphold high culinary standards.
