Compassionate Home Care RN Needed in Athens, GA

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mary's Home Care and Hospice in Athens, GA. As a Home Care RN, you will provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, utilizing cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes
  • Follow physician orders and act in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure/certification requirements, and our policies and procedures
  • Utilize our Home Care Connect virtual care program to enhance clinical excellence and provide 24/7 access to our Virtual Care Center RNs
