Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic and Spine Center team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and advocate for the needs of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate the patient and family/significant other education process.
  • Assess the comprehensive nursing needs of an assigned group of patients and develop and implement patient and family/significant other plan of care.
  • Communicate effectively with physician partners and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
