Responsibilities
  • Meet Sales Goals: We measure our sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly, and we expect our team members to meet their goals.
  • Consult with Customers: You'll work with customers to understand their needs and provide them with exceptional service.
  • Ensure Customer Education: We want to make sure our customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Salon: We take pride in our salon and expect our team members to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Cash Handling and Administrative Tasks: You'll be responsible for handling cash, opening and closing the business, and completing daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: We require a high school diploma or equivalent for this position.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Physical Demands: You'll need to be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Reliable Transportation: You'll need to have reliable transportation to get to work and be available to work nights and weekends.
