The Stembridge - Salient Agency is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician with expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative practice environment alongside two other experienced physicians.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The role offers a competitive salary within the range of $355,000 to $365,000, with guaranteed annual increases of 3%. Compensation is not based on RVUs.
  • Physicians may receive a quarterly bonus equivalent to 100% of practice profits, calculated as revenue minus overhead costs.
  • Student loan repayment assistance is available, offering up to $30,000 annually if required. Additionally, a residency stipend of $4,000/month is available from contract signing until the start of employment, or a sign-on bonus of equal value can be provided.
  • As a teaching hospital, we provide family health insurance in exchange for precepting six residents or medical students each year.
  • Relocation assistance includes an allowance of up to $25,000 and coverage for two house-hunting trips. A $4,000 allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME) is also provided, along with 5 paid CME days and 20 PTO days plus 7 paid holidays.
  • Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative tasks.
  • In the previous year, the practice successfully delivered 700 babies.
