The Stembridge - Salient Agency is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician with expertise in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This full-time position involves becoming part of a well-established practice consisting of three dedicated physicians.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The role offers a competitive salary within the range of $355,000 to $365,000, guaranteed, with an annual cost-of-living increase of 3%. Compensation is not based on RVUs.
- Physicians may benefit from a quarterly bonus equivalent to 100% of their practice profits, calculated as revenue minus overhead expenses.
- Student loan repayment assistance is available, offering up to $30,000 annually if required. Physicians can opt for a residency stipend of $4,000 per month from contract signing until employment commencement or a sign-on bonus of the same amount upon starting.
- As a teaching hospital, we provide family health insurance in exchange for mentoring six residents or medical students each year.
- Relocation assistance includes an allowance of up to $25,000 and coverage for two house-hunting trips. Additionally, a $4,000 Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance is provided, along with five paid CME days annually, 20 PTO days, and seven paid holidays, plus a monthly cell phone allowance.
- Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM, with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative tasks as needed.
- Our facility delivered 700 babies in the previous year.
