Overview: M1 Support Services is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement financial strategies to enhance the company's fiscal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief of Business Operations (CBO) on budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while disseminating relevant information to staff.
  • Supervise all financial reporting activities, including revenue and expense management, accounts payable and receivable, and asset inventory.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect the organization's financial resources.
  • Manage banking operations to ensure sufficient cash flow for organizational needs.
  • Administer the Retirement Plan and explore cost-effective employee benefit options.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in word processing and integrated software applications.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based duties with potential travel to various sites.
  • Physical demands may include extensive sitting, standing, and mobility.
