Key Responsibilities
The Regional Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for discovering new business prospects, forging robust client relationships, and driving sales expansion for our innovative healthcare technology platform, NurseCore/TeamBridge. This position merges sales acumen, technology deployment, and customer support to guarantee client satisfaction and meet essential performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the assigned region to create new business opportunities.
- Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline to meet quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
- Present persuasive sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements with clients to ensure beneficial agreements for both parties.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless technology deployment of NurseCore/TeamBridge for new clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, enduring client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with existing accounts to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Extensive local travel is required, with occasional weekend or evening hours.
Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
