Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to all patrons, vendors, and team members.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, including Theatrical, Awards, Publicity, Events, and Safety & Security.
  • Support initiatives related to Inclusion & Diversity and sustainability.
  • Assist in vendor management and RFP processes by gathering and analyzing vendor information.
  • Facilitate a wide range of events, from intimate screenings to high-profile premieres.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of theater capabilities and event logistics.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during operations.
  • Contribute to larger team projects while managing smaller initiatives independently.
  • Engage with vendors across various business segments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and keep accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations in all theater operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in theater management.
  • Experience with high-profile events is preferred.
  • Background in facility management is essential.
  • Basic understanding of digital and film projection systems.
  • Experience in concession stand operations; bar management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Vista POS systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to build trust and foster collaboration across various organizational levels.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the role.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Proactive in addressing and anticipating the needs of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
