SOSi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Special Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our intelligence community, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and guidance on counterterrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, and CI-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intelligence Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of intelligence data to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats to coalition forces.
  • Counterterrorism: Develop and implement strategies to counter terrorist organizations and their activities.
  • Intelligence Operations: Manage and coordinate intelligence operations to support military and DOD civilian analysts.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research and develop intelligence products to support senior leadership decision-making.
  • Communication and Briefing: Provide clear and concise briefings to senior leadership on intelligence findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of military experience in Military Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence, Special Operations, or equivalent.
  • Clearance: Active in-scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills, proficiency in briefing senior leadership, and expertise in SWA regional issues and political analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Dari, Pashto, German, or Italian.
  • Experience: Experience mentoring junior and mid-level Intelligence Analysts, working with DoD Special Operations intelligence, and conducting all-source intelligence research.
