Job Title: Capture Director Intelligence

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Capture Director to join our Intelligence and Homeland Security Business Growth Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and pre-proposal shaping activities, as well as orchestrating opportunity capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a winning capture strategy for enterprise-level opportunities
  • Lead the opportunity pursuit team to ensure successful capture of high-value contracts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage the opportunity pursuit schedule and timeline
  • Provide strategic thinking and execution for capture efforts
  • Identify and drive opportunity pursuit team members to ensure necessary support elements are available
  • Develop and manage the opportunity pursuit budget and bid costs
  • Provide customer and business knowledge to ensure the team fully understands the desires and needs of the customers and the capabilities of potential competitors
  • Develop win themes and strategies, including value proposition
  • Lead opportunity gate reviews and communicate with senior executives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, or a business-related discipline
  • Active Secret Clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of leadership/project experience in new business/growth responsibilities, with program management experience a plus
  • Experience in hands-on responsibility of up to four capture portfolios at any given time
  • Strong management and writing skills
  • FEDSIM acquisition experience is desirable
  • Candidates with orals experience preferred
