Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Maxar Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and integrating advanced intelligence capabilities in a classified environment.

You will work closely with our project team to develop, integrate, and deploy cutting-edge software solutions to support defense and intelligence missions. Your expertise in system architecture design and integration will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in system architecture design and integration across cloud and local environments
  • Contribute to technical and user documentation
  • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure proper system integration and performance
  • Troubleshoot system outages and communicate with the operational team and customer representatives
  • Support system deployment in hybrid architectures
Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering
  • Experience in developing technical and user documentation
Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Model based system engineering (MBSE)
  • Exposure to defense and intelligence systems
