About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team at Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide direct services to individuals to secure and maintain permanent housing.

Under the direction of the Team Leader-Licensed or Wellness Clinician-Licensed, you will assess history, current needs, and preferences of persons served in the areas of mental health and substance use. You will work with persons served and the team to develop integrated individualized mental health and substance use treatment goals and interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice. A Master's Degree is preferred. Additionally, you should have CADC certification and a minimum of 2 years paid, progressive work experience in co-occurring/Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment services or human service experience with strong knowledge of addictions.

We offer an estimated salary of $50,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also includes excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 403b, basic life and AD&D, flexible spending accounts, EAP, and 10 paid holidays. The work hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 9am – 5pm, 40 hours' weekly.
