We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist Specialist to join our team in Annandale, VA. This role offers a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining employment records, providing support during open enrollment, and serving as a benefits specialist. You will also coordinate the new hire process, process benefits changes, and conduct benefit audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records.
  • Support employees during open enrollment and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Process benefits changes and conduct benefit audits.
  • Validate payroll actions and organize payroll checks.
  • Input employee work schedules and time records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One year of Human Resources/payroll/clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets and word processing required.
