About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Taxation Specialist to join our team at Lighthouse Search Collective in Annandale, VA.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $100,000 and $135,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
As a Taxation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state tax returns. You will also provide mentorship and training to staff members, deliver excellent client service, and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a CPA license with 4+ years of public accounting tax experience, proficiency in individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state returns, strong tax research and Excel skills, and experience with ProSystems Engagement and Axcess (preferred).
