Job Overview:


Peachtree Hospitality Management is in search of a meticulous and skilled Financial Administrator to enhance our team.

In this position, you will oversee a variety of administrative and financial responsibilities to guarantee the efficient functioning of the hotel's monetary operations and office tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise financial documentation, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in payroll management, including tracking employee hours, calculating salaries, and ensuring adherence to payroll laws.
  • Generate financial reports and statements for managerial assessment.
  • Reconcile bank statements and supervise cash flow.
  • Contribute to budget formulation and oversight.
  • Handle administrative duties such as managing phone communications, responding to inquiries, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Provide support to other departments with administrative and financial tasks as required.
  • Guarantee compliance with all financial and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience in accounting and administrative positions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
