Stine Seed Company Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative in Western Maryland. As a key ambassador for Stine Seed Company, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing sales programs to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory
  • Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and agronomic expertise
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet established goals
