Stine Seed Company Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative in Western Maryland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer accounts, recruiting new dealerships, and implementing sales programs to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities
  • Implement sales programs and policies to drive sales growth and meet district goals
  • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and agronomic expertise
  • Utilize proven sales techniques and negotiation skills to overcome obstacles and achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet established goals
