Job Summary

At Chicken Coup, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Guest Services representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining room and restroom areas.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Multitasking: Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, such as handling customer transactions and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods of time, with the ability to move and operate in a confined work area.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds, with the ability to place items on high and low shelves.
  • Temperature Tolerance: Tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas.
  • Schedule: Work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
