Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Zegna products, craftsmanship, and style evolution to effectively communicate customer benefits.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure customer and business needs are met.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Passionate and open-minded individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to self-learn and self-develop in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with digital technology and familiar with Apple products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer

A competitive base rate plus commissions, with total potential earnings ranging from $45,000 to $110,000 annually.
