About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts, manage crew, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, and communicate with the next Shift Manager
  • Meet targets, help departments meet goals, and perform various tasks such as planning, monitoring, and communicating
  • Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, and scheduling
  • Train crew members and ensure they meet McDonald's standards

Requirements:

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We are looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment.
