We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Clerk Leader to join our team at the Coast Guard Exchange. As a Sales Clerk Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales operations, and leading a team of sales clerks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage sales operations, including inventory control, pricing, and promotions.
- Lead a team of sales clerks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including key carrier duties.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention, safety, and emergency preparedness.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on customer service and sales operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with inventory control, pricing, and promotions.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
