Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Installation Technician to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining complex equipment and systems, as well as supervising installation and assembly work done by other technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Independently install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of technical equipment, IT assets, and systems within our facilities, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and innovations.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum eight years of hands-on IT experience, with a proven track record in the deployment and maintenance of extensive global networks and systems.
  • Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in equipment, software, and systems installations; troubleshooting; customer relationship management; change management; risk management; and IT service management.
  • Certifications: Minimum of Security+ certification, with ITIL certification desired.
