Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a difference in the lives of mothers and their newborns? We are seeking an experienced Mother Baby RN to join our team at Providence Swedish First Hill Campus in Seattle, Washington.

**Salary Information**: The estimated weekly pay for this position is $2,320.00, offering a highly competitive rate for your skills and experience.

**Job Summary**: As a Mother Baby RN at Providence Swedish First Hill Campus, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to mothers and their newborns on our 3x12 Nights shift. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes and provide individualized care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
* Provide direct patient care to mothers and their newborns on the Mother Baby unit
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the healthcare team
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
* Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and follow-up instructions

**Requirements**: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current state or equivalent compact nursing license
* At least 2 years of recent Mother Baby nursing experience as a RN
* Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
* Ability to pass background/urine drug screening
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
