Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise on KONDOR+ and other in-house bank applications.
  • Manage requests from users and other IT teams.
  • Oversee operations management, application monitoring, incident management, and problem management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior staff and collaborate effectively within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market standards and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Be flexible and able to multitask, with a proactive mindset towards security, incident prevention, and productivity.
  • Participate in post-business hours activities, such as overnight on-calls and weekend interventions.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets application.
  • ITIL certification/knowledge.
  • Knowledge of major market regulatory bodies' rules is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets applications (e.g., Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage SLA & KPI, client communication, and interaction.
  • Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management, risk analysis, and project execution.
  • Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in Configuration Management, XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT, and Control-M.
  • Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Careful observance of standards and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical or troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and excellent team player.
  • Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management.
  • Self-starter and ambitious.
