We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Medmal and Negligence Plaintiff Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and be able to prosecute cases on behalf of injured clients.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Signing up clients, preparing pleadings, defending depositions, and conducting depositions
  • Managing discovery demands and responses, preparing cases for trial, and disclosing expert witnesses
  • Participating in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

The firm offers generous referral fees to attorneys who bring cases to the firm and provides opportunities for professional growth and development.

As a member of our team, you will have access to a paralegal and two calendar clerks who will assist you in managing your caseload.
