  • Demonstrating brand leadership by putting the Holiday Inn Club brand at the center of all business decisions and using guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
  • Promoting and reinforcing a brand culture that inspires team members to deliver the branded guest experience and brand standards.
  • Executing pre-defined programs and policies within assigned areas and teams to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and resort assets.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer-facing service or hospitality experience.
  • Nationally recognized ILTP Lifeguard certification preferred.
  • ILTP Lifeguard Instructor Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum of four years of driving experience.
