Partner Engagement:
Serve as the main marketing representative for organizational departments, including enrollment, internal communications, athletics, and others.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with departmental stakeholders to comprehend their distinct marketing requirements and objectives.
Act as a conduit between these departments and the marketing team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of marketing strategies.

Advancement Communications:

Collaborate with the advancement team to utilize marketing and communication strategies to meet established objectives while enhancing brand loyalty.

Work together on the planning and execution of fundraising initiatives, alumni engagement projects, and other advancement-related endeavors.

Marketing Strategy Development:
Assist in crafting targeted marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of each department.
Conduct market research and analysis to guide marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure marketing strategies align with the overarching strategic goals of the organization and contribute to enhancing its brand.

Campaign Execution:
Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.

Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and effective marketing content.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent message.
Manage the approval process for marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and publication.

Process Improvement:
Identify and implement enhancements in marketing processes and workflows to boost efficiency.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., ASANA) to monitor progress and ensure the timely completion of projects.
Stay informed about marketing trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies into the organization's marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in advancement or fundraising, is highly preferred.
Strong project management skills and proficiency in using project management and marketing automation tools (e.g., ASANA, Hubspot).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, exempt position. The organization is committed to providing competitive market pay for its employees. The annual salary range for this position is from $77,400 - $82,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The organization also offers a competitive benefits package for full-time staff, including:
10% contribution to the retirement plan (1-year wait waiver available)
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
