  • Conduct thorough hydraulic calculations and simulations to enhance the functionality of ESP and related lift systems.
  • Identify and specify pump components, including motors, pump stages, and auxiliary equipment, based on production goals and well characteristics.
  • Provide advanced technical assistance and solutions for ESP systems and artificial lift applications, ensuring peak performance.
  • Diagnose complex operational challenges and deliver effective resolutions for ESP and artificial lift systems.
  • Perform comprehensive site evaluations to gather data for system design and performance assessments.
  • Oversee and coordinate projects involving ESP and artificial lift systems from conception to implementation, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines, resource distribution, and compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, manufacturing, and field services, to achieve successful project results.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their specific needs, challenges, and operational goals.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation, including detailed reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Stay informed on advancements in ESP and artificial lift technologies, integrating innovative solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and innovative practices to foster operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the design, application, and optimization of ESP systems and other artificial lift technologies within the oil and gas sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and resolving challenging technical issues related to artificial lift systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in ESP and artificial lift design software and hydraulic simulation tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust leadership and project management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to routinely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to sit, speak, or listen actively for extended periods.
  • Full use of both hands for manipulating objects, tools, or controls.
