About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Technology Sales Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Technology Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving branch sales goals through the preparation of estimates and quotes related to moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation of estimates and quotes related to the MAC process, ensuring timely and accurate presentation to customers.
  • Coordinate and conduct job walks and site visits with new and existing customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Exceed sales objectives relative to the sales process and efficiencies set by the organization, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of company offerings to customers, highlighting the value proposition of our security solutions.
  • Maintain quality assurance by complying with all organizational standards and best practices.
  • Support the sales team in preparing timely and accurate solutions proposals, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • A college degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the Electronic Security Integration Industry.
  • Desire to perform, grow, and advance to a Sales Account Manager position.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and analytical decision-making capabilities.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
