About the Role

As a Security Technology Sales Specialist at Allied Universal Technology Services, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and achieving branch sales goals. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare estimates and quotes related to moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for existing and new customers in partnership with the Commercial and Enterprise Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Preparation: Manage the preparation of estimates and quotes related to the MAC process, ensuring timely and accurate presentation to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Coordinate and conduct job walks and site visits with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain daily verbal and written communication with the sales team, Operations, and customers as needed to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Sales Objectives: Exceed sales objectives relative to the sales process and efficiencies set by the organization.
  • Solution Development: Assist with the preparation and presentation of company offerings to customers, ensuring timely and accurate solutions proposals.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain quality assurance by complying with all organizational standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with other Sales projects as assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements
  • Education: A college degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in the Electronic Security Integration Industry.
  • Personal Qualities: Desire to perform, grow, and advance to a Sales Account Manager position; ability to work in a dynamic team environment with an expanding customer base.
  • Skills: Highly motivated, organized, and analytical decision-making capabilities; commitment to professional, ethical, and compliant business practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with people via email, over the phone, and in person.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Site Visits: Ability to conduct site visits and job walks.
